Hi Nicholas
I see a lot of code in the emailtemplates, such as <p> and <li>.
This is not a very professional way to communicate with my clients.
Can we avoid these codes ?

- Go to System, Mail Templates
- Click on Options
- Set Mail Format to Both
- Click on Save & Close
- Go to Components, Akeeba Ticket System, Control Panel
- Click on Email Templates
- Click on the big, red, Reset button
Now the email will be sent in both HTML and plain text format.
