Hello,

can you send me your PDF documentation for Akeeba Ticket System for Joomla 4 ?

Maybe you can also recommend someone for implementing and customizing your extension.

Kind regards,

Please go to https://www.akeeba.com/download/ats/5-2-6.html The documentation is available as an ePub file. It's like a PDF, but it works better when viewed in e-readers with different sized screens. You can open it with a plethora of reader software such as Kindle, Apple Books, Calibre, SumatraPDF and more. Most people have one of the first two e-book readers.

We stopped providing PDF files because the tool to generate them has been made End of Life since 2017 and there's nothing like it. Rewriting all documentation from scratch in a different format is a no-go as it immediately makes it far harder to maintain, and outright impossible to have online documentation. As a result we have to stop producing PDF files and go to ePub which is an equivalent format.

Regarding recommendations, I'm afraid we don't have any. The people who purchase directly from us are typically the people implementing and customising the ticket system for their clients or employer.
