#38608 "Sort Table By" for Tickets View does not work

Hello!

I have "Sort Table By" for Tickets View set to "Last replied, descending", but it does not work. Seems like always sorted by ID or created date. I tried to set different "Sort Table By" options, but nothing - the list of tickets inside the category always stays in the same order.

It is a category view - the list of tickets.

The same as you have here, for example https://www.akeeba.com/support/akeebatickets.html

Ok I have installed 5.2.6-dev202302221513-rev0fd8c808, but still have the same problem. Now it seems stuck on "Last replied, descending" and changing "Sort Table By" does not affect the list.

Just to be sure, is installing the Pro version an option? Because I tested it locally and everything seemed to be working fine.

Pro is not an option. But you can try to debug Free on my test site from ticket 38609 (you have access to). I have installed there 5.2.6-dev202302221513-rev0fd8c808.

Thank you for the feedback, there was indeed another bug in how menu and component params are handled.

It should have several fixes in it. Now you can set the menu entry to "Use Global" and set the ordering inside Component params.
