#38143 Custom Field Type List . I can only select first option on the list?

I have created a custom field type List with 3 options.

When the custom field is displayed I can only select the first option, the drop down does not work.

I can't see what I have done wrong?

Any ideas

I have attached the settings for the field (ats-custom field) and the output on the front end (ats-custom field output)

Discovered the problem... I had not set 'Edit Custom Field Value' in permissions to Allowed!

Changing this corrected the problem
