Hi, I am trying Akeeba Ticket system to understand if it can be used for a project.
In practice I need to have custom fields to fill in when the user enters the request. And I see that this can be done.
I need each request to be private and not visible to others, but a guest user must also be able to insert it.
Ability to attach files.

So as a starting point, can I implement this scenario?

Thanks and Regards

Remember, you are using Akeeba Ticket System when you are filing tickets on our site :)

You can set the default ticket type in the category to Private. You can even restrict the category to only accept Private tickets.

Guest tickets are supported. Please note that Guest tickets will result in a user account being created that the client will need to use to reply to their ticket. Otherwise there would be no way to distinguish one guest from another, therefore guest tickets would never be private and everyone would be able to reply to them.

Of course supported.
