Upgrading to last v5.1.0 i've this warning and "Update structure" button do nothing !
I've uninstalled completely ATS and reinstall it but same result
Is it a problem ?
At now i no have tickets.. this is a new install

You can ignore that message. It's a side-effect of how Joomla parses the update SQL files to determine if the database structure is out of date. It's not, but it thinks it is. There is really no solution to that :(
