Hello,

I was curious if it is possible to modify the behavior of on the front end, to redirect the user to a specific page instead of the All ticket categories?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry I should provide more context.

I have observed that after a user submits a ticket, they are redirected to "All Ticket Categories". I understand from my early experience with ATS 4.x why one must have this menu item published "hidden or visible" somewhere in your site navigation to avoid a 404 error after ticket submission. I may not fully understand this concept but in my testing and configuration this is what I have observed.

I would like to have users redirected to a specific page on our site instead of  the "All Ticket Categories" page.

If there is another way to accomplish this I am open to any suggestions.

Thanks in advance as always!

EJ

Hello,

routing inside Joomla is always tricky, since Joomla will try hard to find a menu that is assigned to the current page. Doing what you're requesting would only work if you have a menu item to file a new ticket in a category and you use that menu item when submitting the ticket.
The way the SEF routing works... this is not a given even if you click on that menu item but the first attempt to file a ticket has a validation error.

So I'm sorry but we can not add support for that feature.
