it appear that tickets are closed automatically but i want to close them only manually. My uysers are getting "This ticket has been closed" messages for the tickets that was Not closing.
Where can i change it or configure it?
Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

This is an optional feature that you had to set up yourself. On Joomla 3 you can disable the relevant plugin from the ats group. On Joomla 4 you either have a CRON job running CLI script or a Joomla Scheduled Task; you should know which one you've set up and disable it.
