I noticed that you removed FOF/FEF for a couple of extensions but not for the Ticket System.
Is there any plan to do so for that extension as well?

Yes. DataCompliance, Engage and Ticket System will also be rewritten as native Joomla 4 extensions as discussed in https://www.akeeba.com/news/1747-joomla-4-is-around-the-corner.html
Please note that the native Joomla 4 version will only work on Joomla 4. The Joomla 3 version, using FOF and FEF, will be maintained until August 17th, 2023 when Joomla 3 becomes End of Life.
