Still exploring the extension.

I tagged a user when I replied to his ticket. I can see in the db that this user was tagged with the correct tag and in the back end, I can see the tag in the user information "box" (with avatar, email, ...). Is it possible to have this info in the front end as well?

Hello,

those tags are available on the frontend to managers only. Those are set as reminders to support team to know how to deal with those users, they're not meant to be displayed to regular users.

Hi,

I'm aware of that but, even as a manager (I can reply, assign to other users, tag users, ...), I don't see the tag on the fron-end.

I send you a screen capture of back-end and front-end view.

mhm... after some review, I guess you're right. There's a bug in displaying user tags, I just fixed it, you'll find it corrected in the next version.

Thanks again for the report.

Thanks. You have an idea when the next release will be available?

We just released a new version, I guess there will be at least 3-4 weeks before a new one will be published.

If you really need such feature, I can create a dev release for you.

No, that's not that urgent. I can wait for the next release. Thanks for the fix.
