Hello,

I have another issue after upgrade...

it seems that that tickets are being created with 'High' priorities even though the category of the ticket has a default set to 'Normal'.

Is there a possible configuration setting causing this?

Thanks in advance,

EJ

Hello,

are tickets created as Private or Public?

Davide,

The tickets are being created as "Private".

Does this make a difference with regard to priorty?

Thanks,

EJ

Yes, if the ticket is private, the default priority is switched to High, but the user can change it.
