Hello,

I just made some tests and everything seems working fine.

Can you receive other emails from your site? If you get inside Joomla Global Configuration and hit the Send test email button, do you get an email?

I have done the test you requested and it worked just fine using PHP mail.

 

The email was sent to [email protected] using PHP Mail. You should check that you've received the test email.

I can make it send me a test email from the email template editors but nothing comes from the tickets that are replied.

I got an auto bot problem fixed and that could be from the problems I had. Worked out an editor problem also.

 

Now I'm getting an email sent out. Still verifying everything is working now.

I have finely got it all working but having trouble with the emails coming from our general email account and not the support reply email address. Is there a fix for this?

Can you please be more specific?

What do you mean with "generic email"? If you switch email account are you receiving the emails?

On the Joomla config, I want to use info@domain but for support emails I want the ticket to come from support@domian as that is the email address monitored by the ticketing system.

 

This way we can reply to the tickets opened and it updates them through email.

 

Is this possible?

Component, Akeeba Ticket System, Categories. Click the category you want. Go to the Ticket Options tab. Set the “Category email”.

You need to do that for each support category.
