Please could you help me i tried every things in your topics but the problem still there.

Hello,

it seems that the process stops with the file video/DJI_0024.MOV. What's its size?
Usually we suggest to skip video files, since they are very large and they won't change very often, it's just easier to backup in different ways or create a different profile for them.
