Is this possible order the tickets in front-end (my tickets) from recent to older?

No, the order cannot be changed. But I agree with you that the default order does not make sense. It should be oldest to newest, not the other way around. This will be fixed in the upcoming 3.0.0 release.

Could you suggest me where is the query where I could apply a fix while I wait for version 3.0.0 ?

I am very curious about version 3.0.0

The fix I wrote changes a frontend file which is not identical to the current version of ATS. Instead of trying to port back the fix to the earlier version I'd rather have you wait a couple more days for the new ATS release.
