I am wondering about the Time Spent field, in my unusual usage of akeeba tickets, I have security guards issuing incident reports/tickets (guards are in the ticket support group too) which the venues (also users in the ticket support group) and site superusers (also users in the ticket support group) also have access to view/edit etc.
The 'Time Spent' field is showing up on the 'Create a New Ticket' page, which is ok, but I'm unsure what the 'Start' button is supposed to be doing? It doesn't seem to do anything when clicked? Also they layout is a bit skewed, but I can fix that with css styling eg #timerBtn.btn {margin-left:50px!important;}
I can't find anything in the Ticket documentation about the Time Spent field.
