I just installed ATS and I am still new to the system, I created several categories for several languages in ATS.

When I try to open a ticket through a menu Categories, I see all the categories by language (If I am in en-UK or pt-BR) I see all the categories and I can open a ticket
But when I add a menu "new ticket" I have an empty category list ?

Any suggestions.

Hello,

thank you very much for your report.
Can you please install the latest dev release and try again? That should fix your issue.
