Hello,

This ticket is the continuation of ticket #26235 (you can merge if possible).
I still have a bug when editing "public" tickets, when plugin "social buttons" is enabled.
In that case, ticket is edited in a basic old HTML style (picture in attachment).

Best regards
Arnaud

Hello,

I ran some tests but I can't replicate it.
Can you please go inside Joomla Global Configuration and set error reporting to Development?
You should receive an error, can you please paste it here?

Thank you very much for the report!
Indeed there is an error about it, I'll work on a fix right now. For the moment you can keep using the Social plugin by disabling the Pinterest integration.
That should do the trick.
