When trying to use the bucket feature to mass reply, I received the following error: "Invalid ticket specified"
When I try to use the same bucket again, I don't get the error, but nothing appears to happen. No reply is posted to the actual ticket, nor is a reply added to the bucket.
I then created 2 test tickets and a test bucket, received the same error. I can recreate the error with my test tickets every time.
See attached screen shots. Another oddity is that all the tickets assigned to a bucket (when viewing from within the bucket) all show 'Unassigned" when they are all actually assigned to the site admin.
