 HI Guys,
OK I have two systems running on very similar setups using the components specified above. Both systems are using the ISIS template on the back end. On one system all works well and the component works as I would expect it to. On the other however the display of individual tickets is broken, almost as if the CSS is broken with text displayed as in the attached?! In this case I am unable to affect any of the data displayed.

All other screens appears correct e.g. Control Panel, Ticket list etc but attempting to open an individual ticket delivers the attached view. (any ticket is the same)

I have reloaded ATS (2.2.2) with no effect, so not really sure where to go next. Any advice would be welcome...

Hello,

looking at your image, I think that there is an error occurring.
Can you please set inside Joomla Global Configuration the error reporting to Development and try again?
What's the error? Can you please post it here?

I did as you suggested and sure enough here is the resulting error message (displayed at the bottom of the page)

Fatal error: Class 'F0FModel' not found in /home/sites/carolcumber.com/public_html/plugins/ats/akeebasubslegacy/akeebasubslegacy.php on line 193

Please ask if you need further information...

You enabled a plugin for the Akeeba Subscription component, but you don't have it installed.
Please disable the plugin namedAkeeba Ticket System - Akeeba Subscriptions 4 integration, it will fix your issue.

I have no idea how that happened - now disabled and all working as it should
