It appears that my users interpret "pending" as pending on our support, not as pending for them to read the reply. Then they post another ticket complaining for no reply received! What can i say...
Anyway, i would like to fix this by changing the name of the status to "answered". I have found the language override but it only changes the name in the ticket table (open/pending/closed), and not the actual button/status.
Is there any way for me to change the button text?
Note: I have already found the "Custom ticket statuses" in the options, but they appear to be adding new tickets statuses instead of renaming the specific one.
