 Hi,
Is there a way to use recaptcha (or other human verify system) to new ticket form?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I'm sorry but that's not possible.
New tickets should be created only by registered users, so there should be no need for a captcha form, it will only bother the users.

Hi,
Thanks for the fast reply.

There are a lot of different needs, mine is to use it for both not (yet) registered (but may experiencing some issue with the site and I don't want to use a contact us form) and registered users.

It's a shame, thanks.
