Before I upgraded to version 2.2.0 I was able to create a ticket on behalf of a user through the backend. But that option no longer works. When I click the "Select a User" button, the popup dialog to select the user appears as before, but when I try to select the name of a user, nothing happens. The dialog will only close by X-ing out and a user cannot be selected. If I continue, it creates the ticket for me (my own user account), which is not what I need to do.

Is this going to be fixed soon? Or can I downgrade to a previous version when this was working?

Problem: I don't see any previous versions available for download.

Can you please download and install this dev release on your site and let me know if that fixed the issue for you? We need just one independent confirmation of the fix before releasing a new version of Akeeba Ticket System.

Hello Nicholas,

Yes, I confirm that this dev release did fix the problem. May I continue to use it until the next pro version is released? Or would it be better to revert to 2.2.0 until then?

Thank you,
Zy
