 Hi Nick et al,

I have just updated two sites of mine that run ATS - the installs were done by uploading the pkg_ats-2.2.0-pro.zip file in both cases.

Both these sites have the versions as listed above and One of the sites is fine - no problem with the install. On the other site however, ATS is not listed under the installed components menu but if I navigate to where is should be then it all appears to have installed correctly - its just a pain as I can't see it easily - its just not listed on the components menu!

On checking back through the tickets this seemed to have been a problem with Joomla back in 2012 which is the only reference I can find to an issue like this - or have I missed something?

As ever you input would be valued - I have re downloaded the package file and re installed twice now but this does not seem to make a difference.

This has been a problem with Joomla since the Joomla! 1.6 betas, released sometime in 2010. You can try installing ATS on top of the existing installation and Joomla SHOULD replace the missing menu ("should" being the key word here). Unfortunately that's pretty much all we can do about it :(
