 Hi,

I just upgraded to version 2.0.4 and noticed the "alert" class is missing on all alerts in the file /components/com_ats/View/Tickets/tmpl/item.php

This is causing the info boxes ("Total time spent ...", "This is a private ticket. ...") to show without the proper padding, border etc..

Would be great if you could fix it in the next release. Keep up the good work!

Hello Peter,

most likely the problem is caused by your template missing some default CSS files.
Anyway, I'd wish to take a look, so I can run some tests.
I just made this ticket private, so you can safely share account details here. Could you please give me a Joomla account, so I'll try to see what's happening?

Hello Davide and thanks for your reply. I am quite sure it's not an issue on my site as I checked the core files and found the problem. Also, you have the same issue here on your site. See the attached screenshot (issue marked in red).

In the file /components/com_ats/View/Tickets/tmpl/item.php you will find a couple of elements with the class "alert-warning" and similar. They also require the class "alert" for the proper bootstrap formatting. http://getbootstrap.com/components/#alerts
