 Hi,

Just installed akeeba ticket. Made a support category. Create a menu link to new ticket. Click select category, new ticket and get 403:(

Please advise.

Hello Michel,

only authorized users can create new tickets.
Please double check your ACL settings inside Akeeba Ticket System component settings.

Do you mean I should limit new ticket to registered users?

Yes, you must do that. Guests can not create tickets.
