 Hello,

if i want to edit a ticket, this screen appears and ich can not edit anything.
This happens in Frontend and Backend.

There's something missing here. Please go to your site's Global Configuration and set Error Reporting to Development. Then retry accessing the edit page. Scroll all the way down. There should be a PHP error message. Can you please copy and paste it here?

I´ve done so, but no error message apperars. I reinstalled the component, but no luck.

Ah, now i got the error:
