 Hi Nicholas,

Initially i thought i messed up Joomla permissions, but then i checked the ticket system on akeebabackup.com and i saw the same thing. While logged in, if i go to My Tickets page i see the list of my tickets and just above it the row which has a search field, a New Ticket (green) button, and a category selector.

- The New Ticket button does not seem to do anything neither on my site nor on akeeba site. I even checked with different browsers just in case. It just goes to my-tickets/new.html and simply lists the existing tickets (as if on my-tickets.html).

- Regardless of the above, i still have no use for it on my site and i would like to completely remove that row (from the search field on the left all the way to the category selector). I don't mind the category selector, but i was hoping to remove the search field and probably the New Ticket button unless it actually opens the "new ticket menu item" page (not sure as i have not been able to use it yet).

Please only let me know if there is any easy way to remove that row or at least the search field and new ticket button. I wouldn't want to edit code, only settings/options etc.

Thank you for your time,
George

Hello Georgios,

we are aware of the My Ticket issue, we are currently working on it.
If you want to hide the search tools, you can do that using CSS. The whole filter bar is wrapped in a class named ats-mytickets-filters, you can set it to display:none in your css and it will be hidden.
