 Akeeba Ticket System is awesome - but am running into an issue, not sure if it's my config or something else. You noted in an earlier post that if a ticket is replied to by email, the first manager assigned to the category will be assigned to it. I created a category with 2 managers - and send an email using a separate email address for the email assigned to that category. A ticket is successfully created, but when one of the managers (managers to notify) responds, the assignment of the ticket still remains unassigned. Is there something I am doing wrong or a setting I need to change?

From me site, the first manager to respond to a ticket does not become assigned, and always remains unassigned. Thanks again!

Thank you! Is there perhaps a specific file or files that I can replace to make this work, or is this not possible without reinstalling the entire package?
