I've set an off-line schedule. Here is a screenshot of the config:

However the ticket system is currently still online? Is there anything specific that I should make? Or should I make an off-line schedule for each day?

Regards,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

I just found a typo regarding the year of the offline schedule.
Can you please try to set it to *? I think that should do the trick

Oh and you should setup the time, too:
00:00:00 - 23:59:59
