 When I try to execute a CRON script to fetch e-maif or replied and new tickets, I get a message that states "Warning: Module 'mbstring' already loaded in unknown on line 0"

I found my problem. There were two entries in PHP.INI the load the mbstring.dll

This error has gone away.
