I created two ticket categories but when a user submits a ticket, there is no where to select which category is selected.

Hello Paul,

the user has to choose the category before creating the ticket.
This extra step is necessary because there are several checks that need to be performed accordingly to the selected category (creation permission, enough credits to post etc etc)

How can I display the drop down box for the category that the user can select in order to submit a new ticket?

Thanks

At the moment users should navigate into the correct category and then click on the New ticket button.
In the next version we're planning to add a "landing page" were the user can choose the category for the new ticket and then open it.
