The sender is using an email client which does not encode the email subject in UTF8. Unfortunately, this means that it's impossible to decode them correctly. We know that this happens when you're using Outlook which is blatantly ignoring the web standards (RFCs) regarding email. We can't do anything about it since the actual raw message parsing is performed by PHP itself. By the time we have access to the email header it's already garbled due to Outlook's bug. FYI, this happens with all non-English character including Greek, when the email is sent by a brain-dead mail client (Outlook). If you know of a solution, please let me know. I've searched high and low and nobody seems to have found any solution :(
