 The same COM_ATS_MY_TITLE language acronym used in two different view files for two different purposes but displaying the same title. The two cases are "My tickets" and "Assigned tickets". I propose a second language string COM_ATS_ASSIGNED_TITLE to be used in assignedticket->tmpl->default.php view.

I am not sure exactly what you mean. This language string is only defined once in the front-end translation file. Its definition is
COM_ATS_MY_TITLE="My Tickets"

The same language string is used as title in two different views showing two different results - my issued tickets and assigned tickets to me. I got confused to see the same title COM_ATS_MY_TITLE for two different views.
