In reviewing my previous ticket of #21215, it appears that the ticket system was working for firefox and google chrome latest versions, however both continue to produce this error code on the front end of the site when attempting to open existing tickets. I have attached the image of the error message. The error appears when using firefox 34.0.5 or google chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m. Neither of these browsers are old IE browsers. It seems the ticket system only works with IE 11, any help with chrome and firefox would be appreciated.

You can try the page yourself as the ticket system is on the user menu near the bottom at www.cdmas.org

I just upgraded tickets to 1.5.5 and still get the same result with both firefox and chrome.

Hello John,

can you please post the list of the extensions installed on your Firefox browser?
We are currently using FF and Chrome for developing and we can't reproduce your error, most likely there is a third party extension on your browser the throws the error you reported.

Norton identity safe and norton toolbar are the only ones i have on chrome and just installed the newest firefox with no other extensions
Have you tried accessing my site and no errors?

allenjj
Curious tonight chrome works with no error but firefox still has error. When I disabled all firefox add ons and then attempt to access the tickets it works, so will try to isolate the add on

Here are the extensions installed on firefox
Extensions
Name Version Enabled ID
Morning Coffee 1.38 true morningCoffee@shaneliesegang
Norton Toolbar 2015.2.0.11 true {2D3F3651-74B9-4795-BDEC-6DA2F431CB62}
HP Smart Web Printing 4.60 false [email protected]

When I rebooted firefox with extensions active again, I was still able to access the tickets even though before I could not.

The offending plug-ins are:
Intel Identity Protection Technology 1.2.22.0
Intel WebAPI updater

and

Intel Identity Protection Technology 1.2.22.0
Inte 1PT Web API

Most likely the problem is Intel Identity Protection Technology 1.2.22.0 which actively interferes with web traffic. Unfortunately this is a problem that has to be fixed by that vendor (Intel). We can't do anything about third party software running on your personal computer corrupting the very correctly written and fully functional Javascript served by your site, breaking it in the process. Sorry :(
