 Good Morning,
I'm changing the style of this component, but I encuantro some points not how.
I would like to change the look of the "search" and "reset" buttons (image attached) and would like to put in this section, change the category selector for "New ticket" (but leaving all user tickets)
How can you do?
thank you very much

Hello Luis,

you can change buttons style directly using the CSS; you can create some custom CSS rules inside your template, so you can apply the requested style.

I can't understand what you want to do with the category selector, can you please explain it better?

hi,
Yeah, I'm doing it, but not that style tags have buttons that indicated he (image attached).
What I want to do is remove the category selector and replace the button "New ticket" (image attached)
thank you very much

Want to have a button "New Ticket" in the "My Tickets" section.
Regards, Luis.

That's not possible: in order to create a ticket, ATS must know in which category it belongs, so he can perform all the required ACL checks.
When you are inside the "My tickets" page, there is no category, so you can't add new ticket form there.

Is there any way to make the tickets a single user and a single category for the same user?

What are tags css style to change the "Search" and "Reset" buttons?

Thank you

No, you can't do that.
Search and reset buttons have the following CSS id: ats-search and reset

Thank you,

The CSS Id "Reset" button does NOT work.

I need to locate the following ID (attached image)

Thank you very much.

Most likely the ID is not enough, you have to build a more specific selector accordingly your template.
I suggest you to enable the developer toolbar inside Firefox, Chrome or Safari and take a look at all the elements that are created by your template.
