 Hi, I am looking for a possibilitiy that a group of customer can reply/post to a category and its tickets.
Is this possible?

Hello Jens,

in order to achieve that, your customers should be managers, too; this means that they will be able to perform any administrative tasks, such as Closing or Moving tickets in other categories.
Please remember that Akeeba Ticket System is an extension for providing support; the behavior you are looking for is a sort of forum, which is outside ATS scope.
