 Hello,

I want to let my clients upload .rar files in Akeeba Ticket System.

I have added rar to the allowed extensions list, and I've disabled check MIME types.

I've also added rar to the allowed images extensions list, just to be sure.

When you upload an image, it all goes well, but rars don't get uploaded/not displayed in the ticket.

Could you please tell me what I'm forgetting?

Maybe the RAR files are too big for your site's upload limit? Or maybe your host is preventing the upload of RAR files to their servers?
