 Dear Support Team,
if I am trying to fetch the emails with the cron job and ats-mail-fetch.php I get always this error.

Akeeba Ticket System -- Fetch email for the Reply By Email feature

Emails are still on the mail server and nothing was deleted. No email sent.

On the next cron job run:

Akeeba Ticket System -- Fetch email for the Reply By Email feature

But the emails are still there, nothing changed or send. Something is not working well.

COuld you help!?

Thanks

The warning is output by Joomla!'s JApplicationCli API which powers all CLI scripts written for Joomla! components. It has nothing to do with your problem.

We have identified some problems regarding the email to ticket feature in ATS 1.5.2 and earlier. We are going to release a new version either today or tomorrow to address them. Please wait until the update is available.

As I said:
The warning is output by Joomla!'s JApplicationCli API which powers all CLI scripts written for Joomla! components.

We are not the authors of Joomla! itself and we cannot modify Joomla!'s own code. The warning is NOT an error, it is a warning which doesn't cause any problems.

Hello,
but the ATS system emails are not sent by the cron job.

For example:
If I am trying to send from a unknown email a new Ticket to my email address. The cron job is fetching the email but it doesn't send an error back that this email doesn't belong to the system.

Email Templates and configuration are made.

So I can only assume it is not working because of the shown failure.

It is a very false assumption. It is like saying that you saw a warning on your dashboard about the safety belt not being locked into place, therefore you have to assume this is why the car stereo doesn't play this particular CD.

Most likely the email ATS sent ended up being caught as spam.
