Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

 I would like the following to happen.

1.To have guest & the public view any ticket without being able to create tickets
2.To only have registered users create new tickets

I have searched the user guide but I am unable to have but am unable to configure the above.
Is this possible?


Right now I get the following message:
Sorry, you do not seem to have access to any support categories. with guests

Hello Sallia,

you simply have to grant the Create permission to registered users.
The message you see is the default one when the category is empty, it could be a little misleading.

yes the category was empty!
