in the component there is a module that show user credit.. but do you think to add a module for show ticket in page outside component.
so user can see the ticket status without enter in the component

I guess that you want the "My tickets" page to appear as a module, right? Can you please explain me the use case (why you need it on your site)?

i try to explain and sorry for my english.
a module that show "my ticket" in every page of the site i think is better for that user that sometimes don't read the email but too much time enter into the site.
The problem is that "my ticket" are visible only inside componet and sometimes the user enter into the site only for other information and don't see pending ticket.
my user are lazy :)

OK, that's what I thought. The problem with this approach is that the My Tickets page has too much information to put in a module. Even showing just the title and status is too much for users with more than 3 tickets. If you want to cram information about submitted time, last reply time and category the module becomes way too long to be practical. That's why we are sending emails when there is a reply to someone's ticket.

i think like you but all information, i think, is secondary if compare to status. Status pendig wait for user action. The user can click and see all information.
also one simply alert module that show the number of pending tiket is good.
for example: "you have 2 ticket that require you action". or "you have 5 pending ticket".
in this way you can assigne a color based on the number of pending ticket like green for 1, yellow for 2 ecc.

obviously this is only idea..
