Is it possible to auto assign someone to a ticket using a link? We have a list of consultants who can respond to tickets on the website and want a user to be able to pick the person with the matching skillset to their needs and who charges the number of credits the user is prepared to pay. We have created a link from the consultants profile but want that link to :
1. automatically assign the new ticket to that consultant.
or
2. Add a reference to that consultant in the ticket so that the site manager can quickly assign the ticket to the selected consultant.
