When looking at tickets and in general, there seems to be a problem with drop select options (see screen attached).

Is this a problem with the gavick template or are we missing something?

Please hold on for version 1.4.0 which I plan to release this week (most likely tomorrow). Many recent templates are using Bootstrap 3, in violation of the Joomla! User Interface guidelines which mandate Bootstrap 2.4. Our software is currently built to work with Bootstrap 2.4, following these guidelines.

Having developed a site (this site!) on a template based on Bootstrap 3 I can tell you: I feel your pain! I had to do some rather strange workarounds to convince both versions of Bootstrap to be loaded at the same time. This was sub-optimal, so we worked on making our software work on BOTH Boostrap 2.4 and Boostrap 3 at the same time. There is definitely a reason for my ever-thinning hairline, I can tell you. The good news is: we made it. Akeeba Ticket System 1.4.0 will work on both Bootstrap 2.4 and Bootstrap 3 templates just fine.

If, however, the Gavick template doesn't use Bootstrap at all you will have to come back here and I'll give you instructions on creating a file which will make ATS load its own private copy of Bootstrap 2.4 to make dropdowns, buttons and everything else display properly.
