When we email several emails to ATS, only one email actually gets pulled into the ticket system.

Also im not able to just select the managers i want notified. Even after selecting the managers it notifies all managers.

You have an old version of ATS. Please upgrade to ATS 1.3.2 which is the latest version at the time of this writing.

ok thank you

I upgraded my joomla to 2.5.18 and upgrade to ATS 1.3.2

It still only grabbed one of the three emails in the inbox and did not email the created ticket to you sender. I also noticed after upgrading Joomla my php version wen down to 5.3.20 and not up. Wonder if this effects that?

ok ive upgrade joomla to 2.5.18 and installed 1.3.2

Ok if I use the Akeeba Ticket System reply by email plugin it seems to only be downloading one email if there are 3 in the inbox. Also reading the docs it looks like a Cron-job to grab the emails would be better do to the load the plug in can put on the website but that doesnt seem to be working at all. I havnt dug into that yet.

I am investigating this. It will take a lot of time to resolve. Please wait for version 1.4.0.
