 Hello,

I try to get email from a mailbox without success, i saw your post about ats-mail-fetch.php but i can't find the file on my folders to enable cron jobs.

Did i miss something ? i look into my joomla folder / cli /

Actually, i can't upgrade to joomla 3.2.2 as other component stop working.

Hello Sebastien,

just to be clear, you want to automatically create tickets from emails sent to a mailbox, right?
Can you please double check if you installed the pro version of ATS?

The feature you're looking for is inside the pro version only, so please check if you installed the correct one.

I installed "com_ats-pro-1.3.2.zip" , Should i download and install the core version first?

mhm... I'll check the installation script.
However for the moment you can extract the archive locally and manually upload all the files that are inside the /cli folder to your server /cli one.
