Between 1.2.0 and 1.3.2 there has been no style change whatsoever. The only problem I see is that your template doesn't support Bootstrap 2.x styles. This means that your template is incompatible with the Joomla! 3.2 User Experience guidelines and you should demand that your template developer fixes it. FYI, Joomla! 3 has standardised on the Bootstrap 2.x markup. It is considered the Joomla User Experience (JUX) standard. All templates M U S T provide support it. Sadly, most template developers don't want to bother. On our end, we follow the Joomla! standards. If some third party template developer stupidly doesn't conform to the Joomla! standards we cannot provide any solution.
