 What a great product, thank you.

I have come across the Time Cards tab in the backend menu but can't find any reference to it in the docs. Is this a new feature to expect, or can it be used now? I am assuming that like credits this would enable time spent to be assigned to individual tickets?

Any info gratefully received, thanks.

Your staff can type the number of minutes they have worked on each reply under the reply area. I am attaching a screenshot of me writing a reply to this ticket.



See the "Time spent (optional)" area? That's it. The monthly aggregate per support staff is what is shown in the time cards.
