 after the latest upgrade i can´t see the buttons on the bbcode to do this like "canned replays"

Assuming that you are using Akeeba Ticket System 1.3.0 on Joomla! 2.5, I believe this is related to another bug fix I made two days ago. Can you please install and test the latest dev release from https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/ats-dev.html

Hi,

I just installed 47723b6

The error shows in google chrome but not in firefox.

Moreover, console in chrome is saying:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'ajaxForm'

on
media/com_ats/js/ajax_posting.js line 105

Take a look at the component's Options in the back-end. You can disable the AJAX reply.
