 Hi Nicholas,

I trust all is well with you?

I have been using your ticket system on a couple of sites for a some time now without any issues, great system like it a lot. However today have a number of 500 server errors when clients attempt to respond to existing tickets.

the exact message is 500 - AtsModelPosts::setId() and I am having trouble understanding why - can you point me in the right direction - what have I missed?

You have upgraded Akeeba Backup, Admin Tools or Akeeba Subscriptions which resulted in a new version of the FOF framework being installed. I will publish a new release of Akeeba Ticket System which is compatible with the new FOF version either later today or tomorrow.
