 Sorry but we could not find where to charge credits to tickets manually, please see attachment,
We don´t want to charge credits from credit - category of the ticket, we want to charge a different amount of credits to each ticket related with the amount of time we consume solving the problem on the ticket.

You have to reply to the ticket from the front-end of your site (sorry, I forgot to specify this in my last reply). Right below the reply area you will see a field to enter a custom amount of credits.

Hi,

:( still can not see it, now in front end. Please see the image.

We started to translate it to spanish so you will see some tags in english and some in spanish.

Please also note that the "send your replay" button at the bottom is rendered twice.

Are you logged in as a super administrator or as a manager of that category? The credit charge box only shows for these users.

Thanks for your answer, users are managers see attached document with front-end view for this users, thanks, we can not see this button but send answer button (in spanish) is duplicated.

Unless you are using an older Internet Explorer version (9 or earlier) you have a problematic installation and I'd recommend reinstalling the component.
