 Hello Nicholas, Team

We are currently experiencing a problem with the front-end of Akeeba Tickets.

At the moment, when we try to edit a ticket (TO REMOVE ALL CAPS, EG) we get a 403 error.

- This happens to users in the "Super Users" group which have full permissions. I haven't tested how it'd effect other groups as our support crew is either an admin or super user.
- It happens for both tickets of clients, other staff members, or your own tickets

Note: It is still possible to edit tickets in the back-end - we just do most of our work in the front-end.

I've attached a screenshot of the permissions for "Super Users" (who are experiencing the problem).

Edit: testing edits

Hm, that's strange because, as you can see, I was able to edit your ticket just fine from the front-end. Did you upgrade to the new release 1.2.4 I brought out just a couple of days ago?

We did update to 1.2.4. The problem was caused by something we did (intentionally I'm afraid)

We made the Login Form menu item the "Home" item for our site, but made the Login Form item dissappear for a "Sign Out" item when someone logged in.

As an unbrilliant consequence, every time we tried to edit a ticket and save, Joomla threw a 403 error, because the "Home Page" wasn't available anymore.

I've slapped myself in the face, and made a few changes fixing the problem.

I'll show myself out, unless you want to kick me out Fresh Prince style.
